Plan – Coach – Commit Package

$500/month, $1350/3 months

This is your regular coaching package with a twist. A twist that adds some structure and purpose to our time together as coach and entrepreneur. Every month you get:

Planning session

One hour at the start of each month to plan your strategy for the upcoming month. We will work together to:

1. Measure where you are right now, and where you want to be at the end of the month.
2. Identify and organize the priorities that will help you succeed in reaching the measured results you set.
3. Create a plan of smaller step by step actions that will help ensure you reach the results you set.

Think of it as a monthly game plan for your business.

Coaching Time

You get up to one hour of time, as needed, in whatever time increments you want, over the course of the month to get support in carrying out the plan we created at the start of the month. This may include:

1. Discussing challenges you are facing.
2. Celebrating wins.
3. Adapting the plan on the fly.
4. Working together, in the moment, to get something done.

Coaching often needs to happen in the moment, and although you might get a busy signal sometimes, we will meet as quickly as possible so you get some real-time coaching support.

Commit Session

Up to one hour at the end of each month so you can be accountable for the actions you did and did not take over the last 30 days. Remember when we measured your starting point at the start of the month, now it is time to measure where you got, and own up to the commitments you missed and celebrate the commitments you met. We will also spend time in this session identifying which missed commitments need to be moved forward and which ones need to be dropped.

Successful athletes review game film after every win or loss, we are going to do the same for your business.

Then we start all over again, month to month, so we can build a winning, successful “season” for your business.
